Scope
This privacy policy shell describes how Merchant Services America handles information submitted through merchantservicesamerica.com forms, the program inbox, and related quote requests. It is a public-site shell for CT-0927-37—not a substitute for counsel-reviewed counsel when operations expand.
What we collect
Depending on what you send, we may receive:

- Optional callback number you choose to provide in a form (not published as a site tel)
